Overview
Passwords expire after a set period of time for security purposes.
When your password is nearing expiration, you will be prompted to reset it upon logging in.
If you choose to ignore the prompt, you will still be able to access your account for up to five (5) days. After that grace period, you will be required to create a new password before you can continue.
How to Reset Your Password
Follow the steps below based on your device.
Desktop
- Click the username dropdown in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Select View Profile.
- Click the Password button.
- Complete the required fields.
Click Save Changes.
Mobile App
- Tap the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) at the bottom of the screen.
- Select Profile.
- Tap Change Password.
- Complete the required fields.
- Tap Save.
