inHere Account Setup - Mobile App & Web Portal Instructions

Follow these steps to create your inHere account and setup multifactor authentication (MFA) for both the inHere web portal and app.

Scenario 1: You have received an email invitation to an inHere transaction but you do not yet have an inHere account

Tap the button to begin the inHere registration process (1).

You will be directed to a new Account Setup window. Click Set up to set up your password (2).

Enter a password that meets our requirements. Re-enter that password. Tap Next (3).

Follow the steps provided to set up security methods for MFA. Choose a verification
method (Phone option recommended). Tap Set up (4).

Tap to choose SMS or Voice call, select your country, and enter your phone number. Then, tap the button to receive a verification code (5).

Enter the code you received by either SMS or Voice call and tap Verify (6).

Tap Set up later to continue on to the login screen (7).

Scenario 2: You have NOT received an email invitation to an inHere transaction and you do not have an inHere account, but you would like to access Breakthrough inHere (where available)

Download the inHere Mobile App from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Then, tap Open (1).

You will be directed to the inHere Welcome Screen. Tap the Create Account button (2).

Enter your email address, first name, last name, and a password that meets our requirements.
Tap LETʼS GO (3).

You'll be directed to the registration confirmation screen. Tap the Continue to the Login button (4).
